- Course Overview
The “Get Your Shit Together” course is a 4-week online program designed to provide participants with tips and advice on how to overcome overwhelm, address procrastination, implement helpful habits, and learn more about key mindset topics.
- Practitioner Qualifications
Lindsey Crane (the practitioner) has been trained and certified in Time Line TherapyTM, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis at the Master Practitioner level. The practitioner is not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychologist, or Therapist. The content of this course should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
- Course Expectations
- Participation: Participants are encouraged to engage fully in each session, complete assigned tasks, and participate in group discussions.
- Accountability: As part of the course, participants will be encouraged to stay on track through regular check-ins and tasks designed to support their progress. These elements are intended to help you apply what you learn.
- Tasks and Assignments: To achieve the best outcomes, participants are encouraged to complete the tasks and assignments provided during the course.
- Responsibility for Implementation: Participants are responsible for applying the strategies and teachings presented during the course. While the course provides guidance, each participant’s success depends on their own actions and efforts.
- Confidentiality
All personal information shared during the course sessions will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without the participant's permission.
- Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own well-being and actions taken as a result of the course. The practitioner is not liable for any personal outcomes or decisions made by participants during or after the course. The practitioner’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the sessions.
- Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be collected, processed, and stored in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). The information you provide, such as your name, email address, and any other personal details, will be used solely for the administration of the course and communication with you regarding the sessions. Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent. Additionally, we may contact you about other Ignite Mindset services and offers that may be of interest to you. You have the right to opt out of these communications at any time. You also have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data by contacting the practitioner.
- Scope of Practice
The course offers educational content designed to improve personal development and productivity. It is not a form of therapy or medical treatment.
- Refund Policy
Participants may request a full refund within 7 days of the course start date if they are dissatisfied for any reason. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the practitioner. If a participant fails to attend or complete the course, no refund will be issued.
- Termination Clause
The practitioner reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the course if their behaviour is disruptive, or inappropriate. If a participant is terminated from the course, they will not receive a refund for any portion of the course.
- Agreement and Acknowledgment
By making payment for the course, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
